Significant experience in employment
law and labour disputes; advising employers in various sectors,
including publicly listed companies, on employment issues and
employment related contracts, including terms, dismissal,
termination, disciplinary proceedings related to employment; acting
for clients in legal proceedings (High Court, Court of Appeal and
Court of Final Appeal) on termination of employment, payment of
wages and commission, annual leave and other related issues. Advising client on drafting
and revising employment contracts and staff handbook. Acting for tertiary
institutions in judicial review proceedings. Represented an employer and
successfully defeated its employees’ claims in a landmark case
decided by the Court of Final Appeal
