Extensive experience in banking
litigation, corporate rescue, insolvency and restructuring. Acting
for both international and local banks in complex loan recovery actions.
Advising liquidators and provisional liquidators in insolvency and
restructuring, and advising listed companies in schemes of
arrangement. Representing banks in claims for misrepresentation,
negligence and breach of trust on the part of banks. Advising banks
on various compliance issues. Regularly acting for banks in
professional negligence claims against their former lawyers in
handling mortgage loan transactions. Acting as liquidator in
winding up cases and trustee-in-bankruptcy in bankruptcy cases in
place of the Official Receiver.

implementation of various codes of practice. Advising banks, listed
companies, tertiary institutions and NGOs on anti-discrimination
laws, privacy and data protection. Acting for clients in court, ADR
