In
1992 the firm was among the first batch of 12 foreign law firms
granted permission by the Ministry of Justice to open a branch
office in China. Since then, the firm has been offering cross
border legal services to Hong Kong and overseas clients seeking
investment opportunities in China and to Chinese clients who wish
to expand their operations in Hong Kong and other parts of the
world.

ventures, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, trade mark
and patent registration, arbitration and dispute resolution in
