Experience
Banking
- Advising on secured and unsecured lending in Hong Kong and cross-border loans including project financing, acquisition financing, margin financing, general offer financing, real estate financing, syndicated loans, construction loans, offshore loans and trade finance
- Acting for banks and lenders from Hong Kong, PRC, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and other countries in loan and collateral transactions
- Advising banks and lenders in relation to Hong Kong and cross-border legal and quasi-legal regulations on lending, security, compliance, registration, enforceability, insolvency and connected transaction issues
- Acting for PRC and foreign lenders as their Hong Kong legal counsel on loans to Hong Kong and offshore entities and matters involving Hong Kong and oversea security and guarantors
